Returns & Refunds

At PLUS Racing Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we have a comprehensive refund policy in place to ensure you can shop with confidence. Please read the following information carefully to learn more about our cancellation, return, and refund processes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this time frame, we are unable to cancel the order. Orders in case of custom products can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a partial refund.

RETURN POLICY

Any product (standard/off the rack) purchased from the PLUS RACING GEAR’s website can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Returns are not accepted in case the product or its parts are broken and damaged. Products returned must contain all the original tags attached. In case of any return or exchange, shipping cost to PLUS Racing will be paid by the customer. No returns are accepted in case of custom products (since the products are made as per the input/requests of the customer)

EXCHANGE POLICY

Any product (standard/off the rack products only) purchased from the PLUS RACING GEAR’s website can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Exchange of the purchased item can be done only once. Exchange can be in the form of different size and color only. To start exchange process, purchased item must first be shipped back (To PLUS Racing) at buyer’s expense.

SHIPPING COSTS

Any returns will need to be shipped back at the buyer’s expense.

REFUND OPTIONS

We offer refunds in the form of bank deposit and store credit.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Gift cards, custom products (made as per customers demand, size and colors) and discounted/sale items are strictly non-refundable.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3-7 working days.

MISSING/UNRECEIVED ITEMS

Any unreceived or missing item can be reported within 30 days of shipping. After that time frame, we are unable to start investigation. For unreceived items marked as “delivered,” we will only issue refunds or replacements if the customer has filed a police report for stolen parcels and provided a copy to our customer service team.
